CurrentProfessional Services Specialist – Engineering and Operations Implementing the SwitchTalk2 application - SwitchTalk2 is NISC's auto-provisioning application, which provides provisioning and auditing capabilities from NISC to various switches, television head ends, access software, and other third party software applications. Both positions will work with the member/customer to effectively implement the applications. This includes managing project timelines and informing various individuals, including NISC employees and member/customer employees, of project expectations. It also includes analyzing the data from the member/customer’s current system to ensure that it is properly converted in to the NISC software.Essential Functions:Customer Service Provides superior customer support to internal and external customers in all encounters. Communicate with all parties involved in the enterprise implementation Designs and delivers training to the Member employees to prepare for “live” week. Facilitate and follow up with Member/Customers on difficult requests and procedures. Conveys customer feedback to product development staff as appropriate.Analyze Conduct conversion analysis. Determine expectations and timelines of the Member’s conversion process. Identify gaps in features and functionality in software and oversee resolution. Identify changes required for conversion of data. Performs research of difficult application problems, resolves issues for Member/Customers and recommends changes or enhancements as directed.Support Complete and prepare conversion documents. Prepare and monitor the Project Plan and oversee the standardization of artifacts. Utilizes all implementation best practices and artifacts for all implementation projects. Assists customers in all aspects of implementation including troubleshooting, training, and on-going support.Main Devices: Calix E3/E5/E7/C7 GPON - Copper
