CurrentThere is an education crisis in our region and a generation is slipping through the cracks. There are untapped resources for scholarships for low income students to get high quality education. BLOCS already gives out 16,000 scholarships a year, but the need is quadruple that. BLOCS-funded students have a 100% graduation rate. We foster success with mostly non-Catholic children in Catholic schools. There they get a values-based education in a safe environment and learn service to others along with discipline and tolerance. The list of families wanting this for their children is growing, so BLOCS needs to grow as well . . . and for that, we need your support.
