Task/Activities:- Daily Audit of peripherals, if there are any missing tools or equipment that the Agents use.- Replace and deploy missing peripherals.- Re-image CPUs and rename PC name.- Fixed Trust Issues and other issues of some of the apps that the agents use in their system unit.- Helped other floors that needed our assistance.- Telstra Audit, where we will pick a random agent station to check if they have access to sites that the agents must not have access with.- Install company application and other apps, like MS Office, Skype, etc., to stations of agent who has requested the installation of the application.- Organize the storage room of the IT room in our floor and on the 10th floor of the company.- Record Asset tags and Serial numbers of CPUs, monitors, Access Points (AP), etc.My Task/s (Assigned Task/s):- Edit photos taken by all the interns of the company (for the Telstra Audit) so that only the screen of the monitor is in the photo and make the PC name of the image readable using Adobe Photoshop CS3.- Update the floors dashboard by looking at the port number and extension of each station in the company.
