Was co-founder and ran the full New York opertion of the leading provider of creative and technical media services to the media and entertainment industry.• Grew the company from the ground up to essentially corning the East Coast market for Digital Media solutions for companies such as HBO, Sony Music Entertainment, Warner Music Group, MTV, Discovery, WWE, Live Nation.• Responsible for all yearly budgets, monthly P&Ls, and weekly sales forecasts.• Managed technical staff including; Java Programmers, DVD Programmers, DigitalCompressionists, audio engineers, and Quality Assurance personnel.• After purchase by Deluxe Entertainment, led successful transition of the team intoDeluxe Digital, retaining 95% of customers and business.

Began at Crush as Compressionist, then DVD author. After a couple years, was managing the technical operations; QC, Authoring, encoding, etc. Also managed technical infrastructure.
