I am honored to serve as SVP Sales & Marketing (retail, wholesale, ecommerce, and marketing) at Tori Richard Ltd, which includes two iconic brands: Tori Richard, a leader in women's & men's resort apparel since 1956, and Kahala Sportswear, "the original Aloha Shirt since 1936". I am an internationally experienced executive retail professional with a diverse career in luxury travel retail, department stores, and specialty food/gifts & apparel, including prior roles at 3Sixty Duty Free, DFS Group Limited, Harry & David, Gottschalk’s, and Macy’s. In addition, my consultancy, Osorio Group LLC (www.jamwithmike.co), launched in 2018. In 2019, I joined Tori Richard Ltd as Vice President Retail & eCommerce to help lead this iconic Hawaii resort wear brand (www.toririchard.com) into its next phase of growth, overseeing all aspects of Hawaii-based retail stores, online and digital communications, and supporting concept stores in the US Mainland. In 2022, I added Wholesale to my responsibilities at Tori Richard Ltd which now cover sales & marketing for all wholesale, retail, and ecommerce channels.
