Managed the data and collection processes in the FDA Clinical Trial that resulted in clearance for sale of the ARTAS Robotic Hair Transplant device. Additionally, I architected several user experience paradigms that ulitmately were implemented in the final product that ulitimately made the device easier to operate. Once the product entered the marketplace, I created the ARTASLive surgical broadcast system that provided prospective users from around the World with the opportunity to experience a surgery through video and interactive audio. Participants had the opportunity to interact with the ARTAS Robotic Surgeon live, during the actual procedure.

As part of a shift in the sales force strategy at Stäubli, I was the first USA based Applications Engineer to be promoted into robotics sales to address the highly technical needs of today's robotics customers. In this position, I landed several key OEM customers in the life sciences, semiconductor, and medical robotics markets which continue to grow with Stäubli.

In this position I took part in a program to exchange talent within the Stäubli Group between different groups around the World. As a member of the Stäubli Robotics Applications Engineering team, I learned to speak the French language to support customers within France and support customers all over the World. Additionally, I was a primary liason between the US facility and the French Headquarters for Stäubli. Finally, I participated in the R&D test program for Staubli's latest VAL3 controller during it's prototype stage. This feedback helped to refine and define the controller as it is in industry today. The VAL3 controller is appreciated in the industry for it's advanced capabilities and ease of use.
