Department. ✔ In-charge of all scales, weighing, labeling and data collection & tracking systems in all three plants. ✔ Ensures that the building facility & its services are up to date and meets the rules & regulations of both CFIA & SQF, and demonstrated in the documentation as well as verified on-site. ✔ Responsible for all the necessary paperwork (HACCP/FSEP), certification and documentation required for equipment, chemicals, building materials, etc. for both CFIA & SQF. ✔ Manages the communication requirements for all three plants, administration, procurement and contract negotiations.✔ Handles all environmental issues, complaints, compliance and deals with consultants, industry leaders/experts and regulatory agencies for all three levels of government. ✔ Obtaining current market knowledge and new technologies for building systems and plant equipments. ✔ Deals with multiple companies providing sales and services to individual plants and establish a more integrated approach and standards in various systems, services and procurement of equipments. ✔ Investigate and resolve problems or improvement plans and the implementation process to support plant managers for both the building services and the plant process. ✔ Coordinates and Maintains a list of capital expenditures for each fiscal year (E.A.R.) with Senior Management and Establish an R.O.I or business proposal for each project submitted. ✔ Maintains the leadership for both the departments managed and act as a liaison with senior management and other department in the organization.
