Led the spiritual formation and organizational development of a decidedly Christian high school ice hockey team built on the axiom of "Believe and Finish". • Deployed as Dean of University Relations as one of ten Campus Opening Team members from November of 1999 to September of 2000.
• Title was changed in September of 2000 to Dean of Institutional Advancement to provide transparency in the community while staffing the Vision 2006 Campaign Committee and Chairman, Pete Coors.
• Served as a member of the campus leadership team, budget committee, compliance team, and payroll committee
• Provided interim co-leadership for the campus during an unplanned Presidential vacancy from 2003-2005.
