Pre-sales Virtualization Archictect providing compute and virtualization solutions for enterprise customers in TOLA region involving all major manufacturers and emerging technologies. Solutions include converged solutions, reference architectures, virtualization, disaster recovery, clustering, backup and recovery, capacity planning, hybrid-cloud, application workload placement, and VDI.-Establish credibility and confidence by demonstrating thought leadership in solving customer problems through technology.-Develop strong working relationships with customers and manufacturers by trust, deep technical knowledge, and experience.-Work closely with Account Managers to align technologies with customer requirements.-Coordinate and deliver converged infrastructure solutions tailored to meet and exceed customer requirements.-Create bill of materials and statements of work across multiple lines of business to ensure successful services implementations.

Design and roll out technology solutions based on vendor products and support escalated vendor issues both within and outside of HP. Assess software/hardware solutions and promptly resolve product flaws.Enable the automation of key business processes by designing enterprise solutions and partnering with several HP technologies to improve the effectiveness of software and hardware products. Leverage technical strengths and problem-solving capabilities to execute hardware, software, monitoring, security, and virtualization solutions.Promote internal knowledge transfer by training two levels of both Windows and Linux operation support groups.Maximize technology infrastructure by liaising with all application groups within HP.Ensure attainment of enterprise virtualization goals by leading the software, hardware, network, and SAN storage design for optimal return on investment.
