This position is responsible for managing operations of the branch office in accordance with the policies and procedures established by senior management to support and promote the corporation objectives of the Bank. This position is also responsible for developing, motivating, training and supervising branch staff to provide the highest level of customer service. Lending and opening accounts.

This position is responsible for supporting the ongoing monitoring of the bank's compliance program. Provided access to accurate records for a range of operational and strategic purposes and liaise with senior managers in order to improve the efficiency and to help ensure the preservation of archives for the future.
