Acted as a Lead Member of Technical Staff in modifying Salesforce’s famous Trailhead learning platform in order to automate the content publication process, taking a 6-week process down to minutes. Also, lead the team in developing and launching the myTrailhead platform for customers to add their learning content and brand to Trailhead resulting in 211% of target revenue in the first year. Acted as a Security Champion for the team, working with ProdSec to harden the service and code against known vulnerabilities. Contributed to team culture by running a developer’s book club, interviewing notable figures for our developer campfires and participated in a company-wide hackathon (10K+ developers) where our project, which minted NFT’s for Trailhead badges, was a finalist. Primary technologies used included Salesforce, Ruby, Rails, Postgres and an assortment of external services and other technologies on the heroku stack.
