I built an executive search desk specialty for the company within a specific defined niche market in the construction and building products industry. I had clients that are as diverse as curtain wall contractors, concrete repair product manufacturers, electrical and mechanical contractors, commercial roofing firms and very large aggregate, cement and concrete manufacturing companies. I filled top to mid level positions for Project Managers, Estimators, Engineers, Operations, Technical Sales and support as well as many others. While I learned a lot and grew professionally while at Professions (and made many friends), I moved on to form my own firm in 2010.

Learned the recruiting business here. Developed a construction / building products desk from scratch and led the office in billings (out of 16 Account Managers) within my first year.Led a top 10 national office in billings until my resignation.

Trained Managers for corporation stores and improved profits in high turnover, high risk areas. "Flipped" stores from worst-case franchise to profitable corporate stores. Cost reduction expert. Highest "long inspection" score in the Cincinnati region and awarded "City Beautification" award by Forest Park, OH for most improved business appearance. Opened four new stores and helped two more become corporate training stores. Became the "go to" person for difficult operations issues and solutions.Increased profit margins by 4% while cutting management overhead by 150K per year in a very difficult turn around situation at Forest Fair Mall location.
