As a summer resident at Cricket Communications, I was the main point of contact and liaison between the client and my team. Acting as team manager, I was responsible for managing client expectations as well as communicating our responsibilities and expected deliverables to a team of extremely talented students. Our whole team was responsible for analyzing market research data on both Cricket & Non-Cricket customers. We used SPSS and Excel to better understand their differentiating attitudes and behaviors. Using latent class analysis as well as other regression analyses, we were able to successfully segment and profile the mobile market to determine 'best-fit' targets that were aligned with Cricket's value propositions & capabilities.
