Beginning with an education in Engineering I have spent much of my career developing my skills, beginning with critical thinking and attention to detail. Today I am known as a thoughtful, intelligent professional, with a capacity of assessing a situation (problem) and the ability to develop solutions to the benefit of those I work and volunteer with.I both possess talent and experience in a variety of fields, from my understanding of quality systems and manufacturing to developing both teams and new leaders within an organization. Additionally I have an innate aptitude in planning & organization, time management and interpersonal communication.
