Manage the talent acquisition, relocation, and onboarding processes for the STIHL Inc. US workforce located in VA, NC, CT, CO, WI, WA, CA. Lead and mentor a 4-member team that fills up to 700 vacancies a year in Engineering (mechanical, electrical, plastics, design, automation), IT, finance, legal, Sales and Marketing, production/light industrial Work closely with Executives, Management, and HR Leadership to support change, ensure business continuity, and support future planning in alignment with organizational strategies and objectives Establish individual/team performance goals and metrics; report team KPI’s monthly to executive leadership Manage and negotiate all temporary and direct hire staffing relationshipsRedesigned and implemented company policies and practices associated with headcount approval, external recruitment procedures, and internal job mobility which led to more efficient staffingDeveloped co-op and intern strategy and partnerships with universities to pipeline students into hard-to-fill skill setsBuilt diverse hiring initiatives that targeted transitioning Veterans and increasing the number of women engineers (Skillbridge, ODU partnership with SWE)Partner with finance to reconcile monthly headcount and plan for annual headcount revisionsExecute full life cycle recruiting for all senior leadership positions (Sr. Manager, Director, Executive)Global process owner for SuccessFactors (SF) Recruiting and US liaison for additional SF module strategic planning (Employee Central, LMS, Onboarding)
