As Enterprise Architect, I architected the next generation of the tablet-server synchronization architecture. Wrote a load generation framework to measure latency, throughput, and resource utilization for both the new and old synchronization architectures. Performed extensive measurement and statistical analysis of tablet-to-tablet variances in digitizer distortion, using a customized CNC mill to run the test.

Wrote several thousand lines of R code to analyze quality, schedule, and productivity data. Drove the delivery of a suite of telephony applications, a highly-reliable services platform, and an award-winning development environment, utilizing VoiceXML and Nuance voice recognition technology. Responsible for hiring, budget, and technical vision. Grew the Engineering organization from 15 to 70 people. The application suite includes News, Horoscope, Driving Directions, et.al, and is currently deployed by Cingular, Qwest, and US Cellular.The Foundation platform provides a VXML2.0 interpreter written in Java, and a full set of secure SOAP services. BellSouth deployed the platform in-network, and Bevocal uses it to provide hosting for customers such as MTV, Virgin Mobile, and the Minnesota DOT (511). The Bevocal Cafe developers’ program has over 13,000 registered developers, and includes online tools, extensive documentation, and online support.Initiated formal source control, planning, build, and deployment processes.
