- Developed Life skills program: create assessment system and train staff in how to implement life skills in case plans, coordinate workshops on topics such as financial literacy, goal setting, and leadership- Served as Key worker to youth and supported the young people in developing and following case plans through consistent contact and follow-ups on their caseload during their stay- Initiated, developed, and maintained relationships with youth in Covenant House in ROP and with youth accessing services such as music, arts, cooking, yoga, and sports- Addressed serious issues and managed critical incidents by implementing crisis intervention skills, defusing situations, and leveraging supportive relationships while adhering to Covenant House principles and core values
