I’ve been lucky enough to spent 25+ years on the consulting engineering end of the water/wastewater sector with a focus on project delivery, program management, Project Management Office setup and business consulting for efforts up to $400+M. What is most enjoyable to me is helping to align the business and people components with the strong technical solutions which exist in our industry. I recently spent 5 years serving as Brown and Caldwell’s National PMO leader which was a challenging and exciting role that helps improve our delivery for our clients company-wide. I recently transitioned into running a large water infrastructure program in the west as of fall of 2023. Other work for municipal clients involves business consulting efforts such as capital improvement plan delivery optimization, asset management, PMIS system implementation along with the associated organizational change management and adoption follow through.When not working or spending time with my family in true pacific northwest fashion I like to play outside mountain biking, snowboarding or on those lazy days fly fishing.
