The company is constructing a Concentrate (slurry) pipeline and Return Water pipeline for Iron Bridge.

Coffey International Development is an international project manager coordinating the Fiji Program Support Facility. In the course of this business, Coffey engages the specialist services of various persons in connection with the Project. Mike is a qualified specialist who is facilitating the planning and supporting of the implementation of leadership training, workforce development and Civil Service reform.

Developing a 'Head of School' Skill Development Program in liaison with Coffey's Fiji Program Support Facility and the Fiji Ministry of Education, Heritage and Arts - a learning and development program covering the changing and higher level skills and abilities needed to lead and manage schools in to the future.

• Full responsibility for Local Content corporate strategy for Kitan Project. Over the Project life, achieved ~5% of total Project expenditure going to Timor-Leste suppliers and over 40% Timorese representation to the total Project workforce.• Developed/implemented Stakeholder Management Plans, Communications Plans and Public Authorities Protocols ahead of, or in response to, external influences.• Supervision and monitoring of contractors’ local content plans and the Company’s overall Local Content Plan.• Supported development and coordination of the Change Management Plan required for the institutionalisation of local content policy and practice throughout the organisation, through the implementation of a Local Content Procedure.• Coordinated/implemented local supplier forums for capacity building for local content. • Provision of input and support to Environmental, Social, Health Impact Assessment and Planning – specifically in the area of description of petroleum production activities; workforce descriptors; Production Sharing Contract (PSC) commitments; and current and potential social impacts.• Identification and provision of specialist communications support and advice to management in handling specific issues and events to mitigate reputational risk, including crisis management communications.• Development and dissemination of approved local communications concerning operations, including the oversight of audio-visual record of the project. • Collaboration with a range of functions including HR, Supply Chain, External Relations, CSR, Legal, E&P Environment and Government Affairs.
