Provided alternatives and workable solutions to the restructuring of the debt taken back in the original transaction. Consulting - Reviewed numerous companies on behalf of Boards of Directors and/or financial institutions. Prepared and presented reports to senior management and lenders with recommendations on operational efficiencies and restructuring alternatives.
