My background is a strong mix between corporate HR (Generalist/Business Partner), HR Projects/Project Management and HRIS/HR Systems (SAP Successfactors, SAP HCM, PeopleSoft, Ultipro, Infinium, Silkroad etc). I am currently the chair of the Michigan SAP Successfactors Customer Network which is a local gathering of Michigan customers established to: exchange ideas, promote best practices, and funnel feedback to the SuccessFactors organization. Find us on the SAP Successfactors Community!I have implemented SAP Successfactors and am a SME in a variety of modules including Performance and Goals, Succession, Career Development, Recruiting Mgmt, Learning, Onboarding and Employee Central/Platform/Foundations/RBPs. My career goals are to continue in the Human resources field with increasing responsibility. My long term career goal is to become a leader in the HR field.Note: Unfortunately I have been subject to two RIF (layoff) situations within the automotive industry.
