I have been with Mayo Clinic since October of 2000, and I have been in my current role since 2006. I am responsible for planning and scheduling of on time deliveries of specimens to the Performing Laboratories of Mayo Clinic. I work closely with each Performing Laboratory to understand their specimen/test flow and set up delivery with a 95% on time basis to their need. I help supervisors in understanding the specimen flow and assisting with input to the operation. I report at the Status Meeting on the Specimen Flow from the previous day, letting supervisors know if commitments to the Performing Laboratories were met. I pull Incoming Specimen data from existing data sources and use that for planning resources of specimen flow for the upcoming day.I work closely with multiple aspects of the business to maximize Supply Chain. I have a high dedication level and am detail oriented. I encourage and support teamwork, both as a leader and a team member. Assist in new client phase-ins throughout Supply Chain.
