I am contracted through FIRST Global Event Agency to manage the engineering department / maintain all equipment inside YouTube’s 40,000 sqft production studio space. During this Covid 19 pandemic I am working remotely via a distributed team management style to support the online community in their remote online endeavors. Provide instructional material to help the online community to improve the quality of their content while shooting productions at home. Utilizing various live streaming software like StreamYard / vMix / OBS / StageTen with SRT / NDI technology while streaming to the YouTube platform.

Originally hired as Sr. Broadcast Engineer, after three years promoted to Chief Engineer.Managed a staff of 15 employees in three different departments; (Engineering, Editorial, VR). Provided engineering support, VTR maintenance, monitor calibration, repairs and installation for many Post Production facilities located throughout Los Angeles. • Various facilities included: Hollywood Digital, Post Logic, The Post Group, Planet Blue, Hydraulx, Chainsaw Edit, Pop Flash Productions, The Cut Hut, Cutters, Del Sol, Digital Revolution, Digital Jungle and Pacific Data Post.

Played an intricate roll in installing a second facility in Santa Monica. Planet Blue eventually consolidated both facilities and currently resides in Santa Monica.
