As VP of Sales & Partnerships, I built and led Funding Circle's US Sales Direct Team, Referral Partnership Team (Channel Sales), and Strategic Partnerships Team. When we started building the teams post acquisition, we were a team of 2 with $<$50K in revenue. When I left, when were a team of 50+ with >$20M in revenue.

- Was on the founding team of Endurance Lending Network (ELN), which was acquired by Funding Circle in October of 2013- At ELN, as Director of Partnerships, I built the Partnerships and Sales functions, which accounted for all revenue- Built and executed several new sales channels to drive borrower origination growth- Helped scope and lead strategic partnerships with Franchisors, Digital Platforms, and Financial Institutions

As the former Co-Founder & CEO of Turnstyle Cycle I helped create and build the management team (President, COO, GM), find our first several locations (Kendall Square and South End), create the brand from scratch, and raise the necessary equity capital to create and sustain the business. Founded, owned, and operated a portfolio of Snap Fitness Franchises located in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maryland, and California. After 4 years of operating the portfolio, I transitioned to an advisor and board member to help with strategic initiatives such as capital raising, divestitures, and expansion.

1) Started in a sales role where I cold e-mailed and called office tenants to help renew their leases or find new office space. This is where my early sales chops were developed. 2) After 1 year, I moved to the Corporate Real Estate Team, where I was a Real Estate Consultant. I consulted corporate real estate decision makers, such as Lockheed Martin and Comcast in acquisition, divestiture, and lease decisions.

Analyzed and underwrote complex real estate transactions, with a specific focus in Vermont.
