I went the long way round to ending up co-founding Ranch, but you see the thing is with the long way round…the views are much better! An Economics graduate, I left a full-time job in the City to pursue a career in video production. The creator landscape was shifting, and I worked hard to provide fast, reliable and creative results at affordable rates as a freelancer.As my skills and expertise grew, not just technically as a filmmaker but as a content marketer, my network also grew, and all led to a serendipitous studio rental where I met Luke. 6 years later, we’re partners in business, co-founding Ranch, a boutique production house and digital marketing agency in one.As a young agency, the multitude of household names on our CV is impressive, but instead of listing them as an exercise of ego, instead I’ll say this…This is my success… No two days are the same, I make my own hours, I get to be present in the lives of my 2 young children, I play a few rounds of golf a week and I love growing a business with some of my closest friends.Be curios, get clear, happiness first, business second.
