I was responsible for the performance of Telstra’s Branded Licensee and Telstra Company owned retail points of presences. Supported by the customer sales model ,Telstra Branded Experience, I able to deliver exceptional results through executing sales strategies, developing, and managing capability and regularly reviewing performance.

I managed the highly energised sales teams in Health & Fitness, Banquets & Functions and Retail sales across multiple Venueswest venues. Through the implementation of a multiyear Business Plan, we were able to grow our membership base in the face of new competition, implement a new retail store strategy resulting in a multiyear increase in revenue whilst exceeding all Banquet & Function revenue targets.

In supporting over 380 retail stores, I managed the retail relationship team in sales support, retailer training and development, retail infrastructure and shop- fit.Meeting both the retail network’s small business owners’ high expectations to the brand plus our community stakeholder obligations we were able to continually grow year-on-year sales.

I have been very fortunate to have seen many Kodak moments. I held various position at Kodak including National Account Manager, National Sales Manager plus the roles of NSW and WA State Manager.
