I decided to combine my passions for Scuba Diving and and Africa Travel to be able to provide a larger and more diverse offering to Divers, while also providing top class travel services, from arrival to departure, for destinations across Africa

- Networking with Dive Professionals to expand Scuba offerings- Teaching various PADI scuba courses ranging from Discover Scuba Diving to Divemaster- Leading local dive experiences for certified divers

- Teaching various PADI courses independently and for Down South Scuba- Leading local diving experiences (shore and boat dives)- Opening hearts and minds to the hidden beauty of nature's creation and our obligation to protect it

- Recruitment of freelancers, continuously expanding the freelancer pool- Recruitment of freelancers for specific projects- Performance of all tasks relating to the recruitment process- Decision-making about acceptance of new freelancers into a database- Management of the database of applicants/freelancers- Independent preparation and upload of job advertisements online- Optimisation of application processes and the freelancer database- Supporting the key account managers, i.e. proofreading of assignments in German and/or English (transcriptions, translations, copywriting, editing assignments)

Assisting PADI Instructors with various training courses and leading certified divers, at sites all around Cape Town

• Handling of customer queries and complaints via phone and e-mail• Reservation and sale of tickets for Delta Air Lines and their partners for customers based in Europe

• Weight and balance calculation of Lufthansa and customer airline flights all over the world• Checking the planned figures of passengers, bags, cargo and mail• Doing the complete load planning• Communication with the airport personnel and giving (loading) instructions• Releasing the final load and trim sheet before departure
