I'm a Luxembourgish 🇱🇺 entrepreneur in the HR Tech field. Founded in 2014, skeeled is my first adventure into the software and human resource world. Driven by our own frustrations at university while applying for jobs, we quickly realised the opportunity of developing a software that would redefine processes for applicants and recruiters. Today skeeled is the leading Applicant Tracking Solution in Luxembourg but we also enjoy an increasing international presence. With our R&D team in Porto 🇵🇹, we continue to develop and innovate our technology further to stay on the edge of market trends and needs to come. As the CEO of skeeled I mainly focus on the business development, brand image and finances. Today, together with my associate and co-founder Nicolas, we enjoy having a great team around us, which for me is the key to the success we have built over the years.Early 2023 we launched a new job board for Luxembourg, my second adventure in the HR Tech business.> Alleyesonme.jobs With now nearly ten years of experience in the HR field and a close relationship with our clients at skeeled, we identified many frustrations about the current offer in the market. The perfect project to work in parallel with our offer at skeeled. Driven by a similar vision, we quickly entered into discussions with Mike Koedinger, CEO of Maison Moderne (Paperjam) to conclude a deal on working together to push the job board (2.0) to become Luxembourg’s new way of promoting the diversity of companies and attracting future talents 🫵🏻
