-Evaluate brewing and beer style essays written by candidates for the Certified Cicerone® certification.-Ensure the correctness of grading rubrics and recommend necessary changes.

-Provide beer consulting services to the hospitality industry with an emphasis on server training/education and beer menu development.-Organize special events including beer tastings, pairing dinners, and educational classes.

Supporting and maintaining a financial reporting system used by the federal government for preparing financial reports for Congress. The system is a custom PL/SQL and Java application on an Oracle Database and Application Server.

Project: MassMutual COLI-BOLI ReplacementRole: Served in the capacity of Integration Design Lead, designing technical specifications for critical interfaces between the Accenture Life Insurance Platform (ALP) and the Executive Benefits Information Factory (EBIF). Supported the client in defining ambiguous requirements and leveraged cross-team relationships to optimize the overall integration approach. Led gap-analysis efforts to identify potential discrepancies between client requirements and the “vanilla” solution. Coordinated the development of interface extracts and led defect management activities during functional testing.Project: U.S. Census Bureau FDCARole: Served in the capacity of Interfaces Solution Developer, designing, developing, and testing interfaces between the FDCA system and other external systems using PL/SQL. Coordinate with the client to identify requirements and ensured the interface designs met those needs. Documented interface development process via general design and technical specification documents. Also assumed the role of Deployment Lead and Lead Developer for the Accenture Interfaces team, coordinating development activities and managing code deployment/migrations.

Constructed and maintained a central database for one of Scholastic's largest business units, which included product information, sales and forecast data, inventory levels, purchase and work order history, and backorder data. Designed and implemented a reporting instrument for a new division, and developed specifications for an automated weekly sales report that was previously created manually. Contributed to on-going analysis via daily reporting, and conducted inquiries into several unique business issues.
