Lead analyst on multiple Workday projects providing configuration, testing, reporting, training, best practice, contingency planning and project management support. The Workday projects included: Open Enrolment Self-Service, Affordable Care Act solution, COBRA Automation, and multiple Cloud Connect for Benefits Integrations (CCBs). Consulted with Workday Product Managers and Product Leads regarding the Affordable Care Act (ACA) solution, existing ACA gaps and Workday’s roadmap for ACA enhancements. Internal expert for Workday Benefits including day-to-day processing, reporting, and vendor integrations and ACA compliance. Consulted with Human Resource Executives, Management and subject matter experts for the purpose of implementing process improvements in the HR & Payroll departments. The improvements focused on increasing efficiency in the use of technology – Workday, and setting up best practices, contingency plans, training documents and sessions. Provided production support for Workday which entailed troubleshooting, support case management, reporting, security administration and configuration. For Workday Update(s) wrote test scripts, oversaw end user testing, and conducted regression testing.

Lead analyst for the implementation of Taleo Business Edition Onboarding. This role entailed Taleo configuration, testing, training, best practice, and contingency planning. The project entailed creating an integration that moved new hire data from Taleo Onboarding to the core HR system - Ultipro HR. This was done with 3rd party programmer support. The project successfully brought to fruition a more efficient Onboarding process that replaced manual data entry. Created and maintained multiple interfaces between Human Resources, Active Directory, and 3rd Party vendors utilizing Microsoft SQL Server and Integration Services as well as Ultipro - Backoffice utilities. Implemented Cognos 8 Business Intelligence reporting based on Ultipro HR. Handled production support for Taleo ATS, Taleo Onboarding, and Utipro HR including security administration and support case management.

Lead Reporting Analyst on a transition team supporting the Change in Control process. This role involved providing frequent ad hoc data reports and analytics to change managers and Human Resource executives in support of the acquisition process. Originated, developed and maintained interim process for a critical compensation data report. Initiated and led the effort to migrate the interim report to a custom self-service PeopleSoft report.

Served as an HR Reporting Lead for technology projects. For Plateau learning system trained as a Plateau report writer, gathered requirements to covert legacy reports to the Plateau platform. During PeopleSoft upgrades tested and managed updates to existing reports. For a Business Intelligence project, gathered requirements, tested and validated data for standard self-service reports. As part of a data warehouse project, validated data and wrote custom SQL reports in an Oracle database environment. Key member on a team that instituted a custom report production process that governed the entire life cycle of custom report development. Trained team members on the PeopleSoft database structure, PeopleSoft Query and Oracle SQL. Administrator for Sharepoint site used for enterprise report delivery. Regularly created complex and efficient PeopleSoft custom reports utilizing Oracle SQL, Access and Excel. Mentored junior staff.

Created custom Microsoft Access and Excel reports using Sharepoint to deliver executive and enterprise reporting related to the Annual Performance Management process.
