For their streaming services AMC Networks reached out for me to help them to launch in international territories. The program kick started the localization of all the content for all brands, for Europe and Latin America. The program included the redesign and integrations of operational and technical workflows between the different international departments and the technical services in the US.

AMC networks invested heavily in a major technology program aimed at building the first all IP digital broadcast platform. The goal was to rebuild the Amsterdam broadcast facility in order to become the leading broadcast hub in Europe. The goals were (1) transformation in technology: going all IP and digital, (2) a new more efficient operating model, and (3) building a platform for a new business portfolio, including on-demand and TVE. The team consists of engineers, consultant, project managers and PMO (35fte). On 22nd August 2016 we launch the platform and on-boarded the first batch of commercial TV-channels.

The Video on Demand team is responsible for day to day operations and the commercial development of VoD services (including online services) across Europe. The team delivers end to end On Demand - solutions, including MyPrime (SVOD) and TVE.After restructuring, the business unit developed its full potential and added value for the DMC. The VOD- team (30fte) services 80.000 on-demand assets annually to 82 on-demand platforms and 350 million households across Europe, Middle East and Africa. As a Client Services Director (CSD) I was responsible for the main client portfolio of Lost Boys. As CSD I had the commercial and operational responsibility for the revenue for major clients in the Dutch market. Initiated the international Client Services network. EB management is a small consultancy firm for interim management, consultancy and training for Educational Institutes. Team consisted of 8 consultants and 5 interim managers. Revenue of €3M. Within EB Management I was responsible for the day to day operations of the Interim Management Department and was a consultant in several projects.

The Ministry of Education has assigned Platform Beta Techniek as an independent organisation to develop and initiatie innovations to enhance all aspect of technique in the layers of our society and educational system. The Ministry of Education & Culture is responsible for all education systems, programs and projects in the Netherlands.

The Ministry of Education undertook a extensive lawmaking program to improve student rights and the quality of the education system. I was assigned to coordinate and implement innovations, new policies and laws for the program ‘Quality and Education’ (‘Kwaliteit & Studeerbaarheid’). The program had a duration of 2 years and had a budget of €230M (500M guilders). Furthermore I was responsible for the policy development and the support for law making processes in the Dutch Parliaments to enhance student rights in the Netherlands. We also launched the country wide innovation project for technical education in the Netherlands, ‘platform Beta & techniek’ in 1998.
