Represent the company (and its subsidiaries) in all aspects of its real estate investment activities managing a portfolio of approximately $60 billion, including permanent and construction financing transactions, equity and joint venture development projects, acquisition and disposition of real estate assets, asset management, and leasing transactions. As internal fund counsel for fund investments, advised on legal matters related to investing in private funds, including document review and negotiation, regulatory compliance, and supporting ongoing servicing.

The Center for Real Estate Advisory Board was founded in the spring of 2012 to support and advise the Center’s activities and outreach. The board is comprised of several industry-leading professionals, as well as alumni of the program since its inception in 2004.
