Sourcegraph is an AI Code Intelligence platform. It indexes all source code repositories within an organization. Developers and engineers can then search their source code for examples or to hunt for vulnerabilities.The Customer Engineer role at Sourcegraph is very hands-on. In this role, I work with customers throughout their entire journey: from early conversations and demos to PoC all the way through production deployment and rollout to users. A large portion of my time is spent assisting the customer's team set up and manage their Sourcegraph deployment environment(s). These are typically deployed on-prem or in the cloud using Kubernetes (e.g., OpenShift, AWS EKS, etc.), AWS ECS, or Docker Compose. Once deployed, my focus is on user enablement and onboarding (e.g., training and office hours) as well as expanding to additional user groups.
