For the last 14 years I have been successfully supporting individual leaders, teams and organisations to achieve their business goals, develop themselves, and get more out of work and life. This work has found a particularly effective focus on strengths focused development.I regularly work on large-scale organisational development programmes which use executive coaching as their base, and which adopt a strengths focused approach.. I have recently been senior trainer, consultant and coaching supervisor with two large public sector organisations in successful projects which set up internal coaching networks. I have 15 years experience in designing and facilitating successful events, team development programmes and conferences with a range of national and international organisations in different sectors.I provide bespoke training on a variety of topics. with a focus on strengths focused leadership development and advanced communication and influencing skills.I am member of the Assocation for Coaching, a Chartered member of the Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development (CIPD), and I am qualified in a number of pychometrics, including MBTI, Realise2 and Strengthscope.With my co-director Kathy Toogood I have recently co-authored the book 'The Strengths-Focused Guide to Leadership' which describes our successful approach to leadership and team development.
