Symbian & Windows mobile devices - lead UX researcher & usability tester for multiple projects involving email & productivity applications.

• PackBot, a rugged military robot - helped lead a multi-disciplinary team to completely redesign its control system. My in-depth interviews with infantry warriors uncovered insights which redirected the project. Using human factors, selected the head-up display & hand-controller, integrated the hardware with the warrior, designed the UI, & iteratively usability tested the system.• Patent: Control System for a Remote Vehicle. Social media - planned & moderated an A/B usability study. The findings allowed the CEO to conclusively decide between competing advertising & revenue strategies. The CEO extended my engagement to include an additional usability study & consultation on their website’s design.

Continuing Medical Education (CME) website - found, interviewed, & field-observed multiple physicians to gain insights into their CME motivations, goals, & needs. Created personas & scenarios from these insights & worked with One to One on requirements for redesigning their client’s site.
