Current• Currently assigned as a dedicated IT support member for Moorings Park.• Working with All Covered and Moorings Park to develop new IT processes.• Liaison for all vendor support for IT at Moorings Park.• Provide Audio/Video support for recordings through Tricaster.• Administrator for VOIP - Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM)• Administrator for phone system (Alcatel Omni PBX)• IT support liaison for Netsmart tools, such as MyUnity and Vision.• Administrator for the Moorings Park Verizon account.• IT move-in coordinator for residents at Moorings Park.• Provide 1st level troubleshooting support for the following: • Direct TV • SARA • Jeron • Audio/Video • Cell phones • Exchange • Office 365 • Phone lines • Networking• Assist with incident management through Service Now.• Assist with IT scheduling through Exchange.
