Customer Service Instructor
Current• Teach technical content using skills development activities appropriate to the nature of the training such as e-learning, hybrid training, distance learning, classroom training and put into practice pedagogical concepts and principles.• Create an environment conducive to learning by adopting dissemination strategies based on the subject matter to be taught, the tools and technology to be used.• Provide learning reviews and provide feedback to learners and managers.• Contribute to the development and optimization of training programs and products, by providing technical inputs as well as advice within instructional design frameworks.• Contribute to the design and updating of training content and tools: write content, offer contextual task aids and develop exercises intended to be integrated into the technological training environment.• Analyze the training needs of learners by identifying information in the systems and by producing an evaluation report, the results of which will be the subject of development plans.
