The Fly-Over Music Hour is a 24x7 streaming music channel on Syncbak's VUit.com plaform. I select music videos from bands throughout the midwest showing the vibrant music scene in this region. I program the lineup of videos, negotiate the permission from the artists to use their videos and work with Syncbak's marketing department to assist with promoting the artists across our social media platforms. Every week I'm changing up the videos in the stream, whether adding new videos from existing artists, swapping in existing videos from artists, or adding new artists to the lineup.

Build and support cloud-based and remote-hosted services as well as build relationships with third party vendors and providers. Also oversee traditional IT activities such as building out and maintaining network and server infrastructure.Technical lead for onboarding of equipment at television stations to support Syncbak's various OTT (television station video Over-the-Top of the Internet) services including support for CBS Broadcasting's All Access service. Provide installation technical support and ongoing operational support for the equipment and quality of service. Work closely with the television stations to troubleshoot and provide assistance for any issues relating to getting their TV signal delivered to our content delivery network.

Write show previews and music reviews for the in-print and online versions of the monthly arts and entertainment magazine. I also contribute photos of live music performances.

I was the manager over five teams that provided support and project delivery for IT Infrastructure at Yellowbook. My teams covered the support and projects for the server platforms (Windows, Unix, and Linux) as well as the Engineering aspects of the workstation environment (Images, packaging, virus, patching) in addition to SAN.

I was the manager of the team of systems administrators who supported over 400 servers in multiple geographic locations running AIX, HP-UX, Solaris and various flavors of Linux.

As part of IBM's Global Services division, I provided consulting services primarily for the RS6000 (now pSeries) Unix platform. I specialized in AIX, HACMP and ADSM (now TSM).

Provided phone support, installation, and training for customers who purchased DDS's Dealer package, which supported Truck, Automobile and Agricultural dealerships. I also wrote and edited the documentation for the package.
