“I can and I will. Do the work…”I am here to help as many people as possible - personally and professionally. I am so lucky that I am given the opportunity to help people every single day: customers to grow their businesses and solve their problems, colleagues to feel supported and challenged, friends and strangers to remove the obstacles to becoming fully realized people. As a manager and a coach my joy and my obligation is to support, grow, and nurture all of the people the business has entrusted to my care. My impact is felt in the people who I can teach for a little while and then let go, to work across our company and into the world. Any success that I have had comes from energy I have dedicated to helping others succeed. Their success is my only success. And so my relentless passion for helping others is really my selfish path to grander vistas (I guess my secret is out…).
