Increased E/R ratio by 50% on the last two projects by building a strong relationship with the owner.- Lead coordination effort with Turner Estimating & Purchasing Departments to determine project pursuits before request for proposals (RFP) are sent out to Sub-Contractors for bid.- Achieve preferred pricing from manufacturer by leveraging buying power across Turner resources. Negotiate competitive pricing from multiple bidders with the owner and design team.- Create purchase order contracts for each equipment package including customized scope of work, responsibility matrices, and job specific terms and conditions.- Manage the product and equipment submittal process with manufacturer and design team through final approval authorizing equipment to be manufactured and shipped to the site.- Organize and attend all factory tests as required by the specification. Confirmed compliance with all NEC, AMCA, and specific code requirements are met before the equipment arrives on-site.- Coordinate delivery and start-up procedures with the manufacturer and job-site team. Ensure all equipment and services arrive on-site on schedule and undamaged.- Compile and submit final equipment warranties, closeout material, and as-built drawings. Close vendor contract terms including all open change order and final payment issues.
