Work included all steps from offering memo to closing.> Played key role in sale of Midland Cogeneration Venture, a large natural gas plant; role included thorough due diligence, offering memo, negotiation of sale, closing audit and subsequent tax issues.> Personally developed PMCC’s Allowance Model and made presentations to outside audit firms and investment banking analysts including Goldman Sachs. This standard tool has now been used for years at PMCC.
