Key Achievements: * Directed the successful upgrade of the Pickering’s aging and asset management programs * Led the preparation of Canada’s first ever subsequent Periodic Safety Review (PSR)* Successfully liaised the Pickering PSR gain CNSC approval ahead schedule. * Key team member in obtaining Pickering’s first ever 10-year operating license.* Contributed to gaining 4 more years of operation creating $4B in generation revenue. * Represented Canada at various United Nations IAEA meetings in Vienna, Austria regarding the planning of long-term safe operation of nuclear power plants. * Spearheaded safety assessment of Pickering’s first ever 2-year deferral of the VBO and successfully obtained CNSC approval. This led to an increase of over $30M in generation revenue.* Drove safety assessment that successfully transitioned Pickering to a 30-month outage interval creating an increase of over $200M in additional generation revenue.
