I oversee all aspects of marketing at Glazier Clinics including print, website, email marketing, social media, apps, and all other digital assets.

• Created the Internet Marketing Team at David C Cook and led “all things web”. Lead team of 5 (2 Web Designers, 2 Interactive Marketers, and 1 Web Production Specialist).• Responsibilities included all websites, ecommerce, social media, e-mail marketing, digital media, apps and online advertising.• Managed the project for recently launched sundayschool.com website. Oversaw all aspects of the website from conception to launch. Created site in less than 12 month and under the budget.• Responsible for annual budget of $300,000.• Grew email subscribers from 0 to over 18,000 in less than 2 years while generating open rates over 30% (industry average is 19%).• Created first mobile web application for iPad/iPhone/iPod touch. Then created first commercial web app for David C Cook (The Action Bible App).

• Forecasted sales and returns for all products for all customers and all channels. Ensured forecasts were within 5% of actuals.• Effectively managed our Remainder and Overstock product. Worked with external and internal customers to move inventory at acceptable margins. Managed to take excessive inventory from $3M to $500k while keeping acceptable margins.• Primary point for all promotion P&Ls (80+ P&Ls per year). Worked with sales reps on all promotions running the financial models to ensure products and promotions were profitable for company.

• Created P&L models for new products and promotional backlist products (80+ P&Ls per year).• Created business plans for business acquisitions as well as new product lines. Responsible for business plan for 2 new curriculums (Tru and Rio). • Awarded CEO Award for Excellence.
