A decade of experience across several different spaces in trucking and logistics. Currently working in OTR refrigerated trucking. Part of a small team managing a fleet of ~150 OTR semis across the country. Directly responsible for managing several of our prime customers specific needs and reporting requirements through phone and email communication, as well as maintaining each customer's unique online portals. Daily involvement and communication with driver deliveries and delays, hours of service, and breakdowns. Effectively communicating with our customers any potential impacts to the on time delivery of their product.I am a highly accomplished Improv comedian who has been professionally performing since 2005, and co-owner of "Pop Scholars," a popular improv team in Grand Rapids MI. Myself and my teammates have grown the team from our early days of performing for family and friends, to selling out 400 seat theaters on a regular basis. The skills and talents I have garnered over the years have made me an excellent public speaker, a creative problem solver, and an all around team player.
