I oversaw and managed tasks assigned to Directors, Chiefs, and Assistant Mayors, focusing on improving communication between them. My collaboration extended to working closely with the Mayor on communication and digital endeavors. I spearheaded the creation and management of his social media profiles, which achieved remarkable success, garnering over 500,000 organic followers on Facebook and 200,000 organic followers on Twitter.I played a pivotal role in forming a dedicated social media unit within the Department of Social Communication. This unit managed the growth and administration of Guatemala City's official social media accounts, achieving impressive results with over 260,000 organic Facebook followers, more than 600,000 organic Twitter followers, and a YouTube channel hosting thousands of videos, collectively viewed over two million times.My journey also included participation in significant events alongside the Mayor, where we championed Guatemala City's vital role as a driving force behind the national economy. We actively sought to attract investments to bolster job creation and growth within the city.I had the privilege of interacting with individuals, as well as members of the government and diplomatic community, who engaged with the Mayor. I meticulously ensured follow-up on tasks and commitments arising from these interactions. After a period of service at CABEI, I rejoined the Mayor's Office in 2018, only to face the unfortunate passing of Mayor Arzú a few months after resuming my work alongside him.
