Key outcome was nine-day average reduction of “contract-to-cash” cycle. - Oversaw a significant version update of the Field Services Automation suite for a Fortune 100 provider of Controls & Instrumentation. The main outcome was a 24% rise in the usage of the Field Service technician team.
