Co-founded a crypto mining startup with four partners, overseeing daily operations, hardware maintenance, and performance optimization to maximize efficiency and profitability. Spearheaded energy management initiatives, collaborating with the tech team to leverage hydro-generated energy resources efficiently, reducing operational costs and minimizing environmental impact.Directed facility and supply chain management, ensuring safety standards, facility expansion readiness, and cost-effective procurement of mining equipment and supplies. Implemented data management systems for real-time performance monitoring, played a key role in budgeting and cost control, and managed human resources, focusing on recruitment, training, and development of mining personnel.

I was thrilled to join the IBM Accelerate Program, Summer 2024 Client Engineering & Technical Sales (CETS) track. In this program, I collaborated with a team to use innovative technologies like AI to develop and build solutions for a mock client’s business challenge. We worked through the entire process from brainstorming ideas to final implementation. Our team then presented and demoed our solutions, effectively persuading the client to adopt our proposal. Through this experience, I significantly expanded my teamwork skills, gained in-depth technical knowledge of IBM solutions, and obtained valuable insights into the dynamic roles within technical sales.

Began as a cashier and slowly worked my way up to a Customer Service Specialist as I was great in handling disputes and satisfying customers. Was given a promotion to Department Manager (the youngest the store has ever had) as I lead the stores in credit card signups and warranty sales, with an approximate of $20,000 coming from me. Lead a group of cashiers, solved disputes between customers and workers, and managed opening and closing duties, as well as counting all register tills.
