Responsible for analyzing the information security environment across the entire enterprise and developing security measures to safeguard the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data. Technologies included corporate and active directories, role based access controls, single sign-on federations, web portal identity management, endpoint protection, forensics and investigation techniques, data masking, and more.

Handled all training, interviewing, and employee-related matters for group of approximately 20 Customer Service Representatives that focused on complex/escalated customer issue resolution. My division was solely responsible for the $110bn merger of British Petroleum and Amoco, Inc. One year later, I successfully leveraged that experience to manage the $25.6bn merger of BP Amoco, plc and Atlantic Ritchfield Corp (ARCO) that created the world's second-largest oil company, BP.
