Managed the Dallas Claims office for GL, Auto, Property and Umbrella claims for Middle Market, Risk Management and Personal Lines Divisions covering Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Louisiana. Also had oversight of a Major Case Unit which managed high exposure complex litigated claims.
