Organized a newly started light commercial and multi-family construction division incorporated into an existing 20 year roofing business. Responsible for development of leads and projects, through new and existing customer bases, to provide an adequate revenue stream to support new business expansion. Estimated, sold, managed, billed and collected for all construction projects. Additional duties included subcontractor management, negotiating contract pricing with vendors, and monitoring profitability of jobs.
